Bieber took the stage Tuesday night in Stockholm, Sweden showing off his inked-out arm and the star's next stop on the "Believe" tour is scheduled for Sunday in St. Petersburg, Russia.
His new tats may add fuel to the fire that Bieber is acting out as the singer has been under public scrutiny lately for social media posts including controversial Instagram uploads as well as tweets marked by critics as offensive.
